Our products ship directly from the Italian manufacturer. Standard processing time for orders is 5-10 business  days to be processed and shipped. Processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and peak seasons. We cannot change the shipping address or other shipping details after checkout.

If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

If you receive your package and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the content inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship an order.

The return window for purchases is currently 15 days from the date of delivery. Any returns will be done at the customer's expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. The tag should not be removed in order to return an item.
